Delivery
Three panels, protected as one order.
The production partner may use more than one parcel where safety requires it. Tracking and parcel count will be shown in the order record so customers know what to expect.
Damage
Photograph the box and the issue.
If a panel arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from the approved file, contact support promptly with clear photographs of the product and packaging so replacement can be arranged.
Personalisation
Changes stop at final approval.
Because the work is made from approved personal content, change-of-mind returns after production are generally not available. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Spoken Still
Approval keeps the order exact.
The artwork, scale, voice-access choice, paid balance and delivery progress remain attached to the private commission record.
