A voice is personal data. It should remain under your control.

The recording and draft wording remain in your browser until you choose an action. If you request automatic transcription, the clip is sent for that transcription and returned as a draft; Spoken Still does not save it as a commission until you submit.

After submission, source and analysis audio, approved words, creative context, artwork and proof assets, private checkout links and delivery details are protected with authenticated AES-GCM encryption before storage. The private server-side workflow decrypts only what an authorized Studio, proof or production step needs; this is encryption at rest, not end-to-end encryption.

An unpaid commission with no payment under review can be resumed for up to 90 days. After that, its private content is queued for deletion. A confirmed deposit removes that unpaid-retention deadline.

A verified deletion request immediately revokes the private Studio, delivery-claim and playback links and stops new generation. The stored voice, transcript, creative context and nonessential private assets are then removed. If a QR has already been printed, it will no longer play the voice.

For a paid or in-production order, Spoken Still retains the minimum payment, approval, production, fulfilment and delivery records needed to complete or support that order. Exact production files may remain while fulfilment must continue; deleted voice and private wording do not.

The production partner receives only the approved panel files, product specification and delivery details. Transcription and artwork providers receive only the inputs required for the commissioned step.
