Frequently asked questions

The practical details behind a very personal work.

A premium commission should not require guesswork. These are the questions customers should be able to answer before they record.

Recording

How long should the message be?

Five to twelve seconds is the strongest creative range. It reveals cadence and meaning while remaining one concentrated emotional event. The studio allows up to twenty seconds for a complete thought that should not be rushed.

01

Choice

Do I get to pick the artwork?

Yes. Choose from three curated interpretations, each with an explanation of its connection to your message. We offer one size: three 8 × 12 in acrylic panels. Choose a printed QR or digital-only voice access, then pay the remaining balance after the artwork is prepared.

02

Uniqueness

Could someone else receive the same design?

The system checks new candidates against prior work and withholds directions that are generic, repetitive or too similar. The selected artwork is issued as that voice portrait’s one edition.

03

Playback

Does the QR have to be visible?

No. Customers can choose a discreet artwork-toned QR on the face of the work or keep playback entirely digital. Any printed code must pass scan testing at its final physical size.

04

Words

What if transcription is wrong?

The customer reviews and corrects the exact words before art generation. The approved version—not an unchecked automatic transcript—becomes the source of meaning.

Spoken Still
